- 전기설비 공사시 부적절한 시공(이음.꽂음)의 화재사례 연구 -
요즘 산업의 고도화로 건설의 2·3차 산업의 결집체인 건축물 완성기간이 많이 짧아졌다. 특히 건축물 내부 전기, 전선공사의 경우 고도의 기술 발달로 더욱더 공사기간을 단축시켜 공사비 및 인건비 절약에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 그중 전선 결선의 마지막 공사라 하는 전등 과 약한 전류가 흐르는 전기기구의 결선은 꽂음(plug in)형식으로 하고 있는 추세이다. 이 는 건축관계자 즉 발주자와 수주자의 공기 단축이라는 이해관계가 상응하여 비용을 절감하 기에 더더욱 간단한 전선결합기구에 눈을 돌리게 되는 것이다. 그러나 여기서의 관건은 얼 마나 안전(safety)과 내구성(durability)을 담보하느냐의 문제이다. 결론을 말하자면 안전 성을 담보할 수 없으며 내구성 역시 압착결선 등에 비해 떨어진다. 그 일례를 보여주는 꽂 음기구에서 화재가 발생하여 상당한 재산피해도 있었으며, 건축물의 수요자 또는 수용가의 불만의 목소리도 많았다. 이에 현장의 여러 전기설비 관계자들의 뜻을 모아 보다 나은 기구의 선정과 설치 시 안전 을 담보하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이런 절차로 꽂음 기구의 화재사례를 들어가며 불안 전성을 제거하고 안전을 담보하기 위한 여러 방향 설정에 금번의 논문에 성심을 다해보고 자 한다. 또한 굳이 열거의 순서를 개략 하면 화재사례를 들어 잘못된 시공과 결함제품의 결속 결선을 지적하고 이를 개선하는 방법과 앞으로 시공과 제품완성에 엔지니어의 자세까 지 열거하며 이 논문을 완성하고자 한다
A case study of fire in improper construction (joint/plugging) in electrical equipment construction
Introduction Due to the advancement of the industry these days, the construction period, which is the convergence of the 2nd and 3rd industries of construction, has been shortened significantly. Yes, among them, the wiring between electric appliances, which is called the last construction of wiring, and electric appliances, through which a weak current flows, is a plug-in type. In order to save money, we will turn our attention to a simpler wire coupling mechanism. However, the key here is how much safety and durability are guaranteed. A fire occurred in the plugging device, which shows an example of this, and there was considerable property damage, and there were many voices of dissatisfaction with the consumers or consumers of the building.Accordingly, we want to present a direction for better selection of equipment and ensuring safety during installation by gathering the opinions of various electrical equipment officials in the field. Setting up several directions to eliminate fire safety and ensure safety I would like to put all my heart into this thesis. Also, if I dare to outline the order of enumeration, I will take a fire case to point out the wrong construction and tying of erroneous products, how to improve them, and even list the attitudes of engineers and workers for future construction and product completion. I would like to complete this thesis.
